PHOTOMULTIPLIER:

The detection system uses a photomultiplier tube R-372 (20362-01) as standard equipment. For increased infrared response (>700nm), the optional photomultiplier tube (20368-09) is available. The r-955 phototube has a wide spectral range: from arsenic at 193.7 nm to cesium at 852.1nm.

Video Display: All instructions and messages are displayed on a 15 x 18 cm cathode ray tube (CRT)

Microcomputer:

  • Retention of memory even when power button is turned off.
  • Automatic calibration and zero functions.
  • Format lock switch.
  • Restart/standby switch
  • Battery ON
  • CRT "cookbook" display

NOTE: Baud rate is factory se at 1200 for the high rate and 300 for the low rate.

OPTIONAL COMPONENTS:

  • Automatic Wavelength Drive
  • Deuterium Arc Background Corrector compensates for non- specific molecular absorption and/or light scatter.
  • RS232C Interface allows output of the information presented to the optional printer to another computer via and RS232C communications port.
  • Four-lamp Turret with independent power supplies for each lamp, replaces the single lamp mount.
  • Flame Sensor supplements the standard safety features of ou AA system, which includes the following:
  • Gas pressure sensors to safely extinguish a flame if pressure begins to fall.
  • A safety drain trap that never needs filling
  • A frangible diaphragm that protects the operator in case of a flashback; when activated, the flame sensor will automatically shutdown the flow of flammable gases if the flame is extinguished for any reason.

If you are a bargain hunter please give us a call, we always have instruments in stock, which have not been refurbished and can be sold as is in working condition.
